iCal-Subscriptions

Why is a Free-Key now required for iCal subscriptions?ID 82

We have noticed that more and more automated programs and AI assistants are extracting our calendar data. To limit abuse and data theft, we can no longer offer iCal subscriptions without protection.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to enter your email address.
You will receive a personal Free-Key, which allows you to reactivate your calendar subscription.

Privacy & Security:

  • Your email address is used exclusively for the calendar subscription.
  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
  • Your subscription remains permanently free.

This measure is only intended to protect our free service from abuse, without restricting access for genuine users.

How to activate your calendar subscription:

  1. Find your municipality:
    Use the search function or visit the public holiday page for your municipality.
  2. Select iCal export:
    Click on the iCal tab in the menu.
    (If the tab is not visible, please select your region at the top of the page.)
  3. Enter your email address:
    Type in your address and click “Submit”.
  4. Receive & Add your link:
    You will receive an email with your personal calendar link, which you can easily add to your calendar.
