Yes, you are welcome to have a free key by contacting us by e-mail.
If you let us know which municipality you would like to receive data for, we will send you the e-mail with your personalised free key directly.

Alternatively, you can search for the municipality here and then click on the "iCal" tab,
to trigger the e-mail (also in case you need the data of several municipalities):

The free key appointment is entered in the old calendar subscription, which will become invalid and switched off in a few weeks.

To remove the appointment, you can delete the previous subscription.

1. Open Google Calendar in a browser on a computer or tablet (calendar.google.com).
2. On the left, click “Other calendars” → “Add by URL”.
3. Paste the calendar URL with your Free-Key.
4. Save – the calendar will sync to your Android device automatically.

1. Open your device's Settings.
2. Go to Calendar → Accounts.
3. Tap “Add Account” → “Other” → “Add Subscribed Calendar”.
4. Enter the calendar URL with your Free-Key.
5. Set a name and confirm.

1. Open the Calendar app on your Mac.
2. In the menu bar, click on „File“ ? „New Calendar Subscription…“.
3. Enter the iCal URL from the email and click on „Subscribe“.
4. Choose a name and color for the calendar.
5. Under „Auto-refresh“, select „Every day“.
6. Click „OK“.

1. Open Google Calendar on your computer.
2. In the left menu, click on „Other calendars“ and select „Add by URL“.

4. Disable the option „Make the calendar publicly accessible“.
5. Click on „Add calendar“.
6. Your calendar will now be added automatically.
7. Optional: Go to the calendar settings to give it a custom name.

Note: Google updates iCal subscriptions approximately every 24 hours. Immediate synchronization is not possible.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Go to the Calendar section.
3. Click on „Add Calendar“ ? „From the Internet…“.
4. Copy the iCal URL from the email and paste it into the address field.
5. Click „Add“ and confirm with „OK“.
6. Your calendar will now be added and will synchronize automatically.

Note: Outlook synchronizes subscribed calendars at regular intervals, but not in real-time.

1. Open Mozilla Sunbird.
2. Click on „File“ ? „New Calendar“.
3. Select „On the network“ and click „Next“.
4. Enter the iCal URL from the email.
5. Click „Next“ and choose a color for the calendar.
6. Your calendar will now be added and will update automatically.

Unfortunately, this can happen for various reasons. We receive a number of error messages stating that mails could not be delivered because

• the address does not exist (typing error?)
• the mailbox is full
• there was another dispatch problem

Please try again.

We have noticed that more and more automated programs and AI assistants are extracting our calendar data. To limit abuse and data theft, we can no longer offer iCal subscriptions without protection.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to enter your email address.
You will receive a personal Free-Key, which allows you to reactivate your calendar subscription.

Privacy & Security:

• Your email address is used exclusively for the calendar subscription.
• Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
• Your subscription remains permanently free.

This measure is only intended to protect our free service from abuse, without restricting access for genuine users.

How to activate your calendar subscription:

1. Find your municipality:
   Use the search function or visit the public holiday page for your municipality.
2. Select iCal export:
   Click on the iCal tab in the menu.
   (If the tab is not visible, please select your region at the top of the page.)
3. Enter your email address:
   Type in your address and click “Submit”.
4. Receive & Add your link:
   You will receive an email with your personal calendar link, which you can easily add to your calendar.
